1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Innexar's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Plan Scope and Included Deliverables
Our Website as a Service plans include design, implementation, hosting, and maintenance with monthly revisions according to the selected tier: Starter includes up to 5 pages and 1 monthly revision; Business includes up to 20 pages and 3 monthly revisions; Pro includes up to 20 pages and priority revisions under fair-use policy.
3. Commitment, Billing, and Early Cancellation
All website subscription plans have a minimum 6-month commitment and are billed monthly. If canceled before the end of the minimum term, an early cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining months applies.
4. Intellectual Property
The website content and software developed for the client are subject to the ownership terms defined in the specific service agreement signed during onboarding.
5. Limitations of Liability
Innexar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
